A very, very dedicated and committed Toastmasters who have amply demonstrated leadership and organizing skills. I endorse Patrick Oei as the LGM of District 51. Simon Wong , Past President, Orchard TMC Pan Excellence Advanced Toastmasters Past Asst Division B Governor Patrick portrays many positive qualities that the Toastmasters organisation will need. His brand of humor, warmth, sincerity, commitment, leadership capabilities and most importantly, love for the organisation and its people, will no doubt be essential for a role as important as this. I endorse DTM Patrick Oei for the post of LGM. CTM Honey Yee Vice-President Education 2000, ITC Bintang TMC, Division C I have no question with regards to your LGM candidacy, Go for it! Henrietta Kristanto, ATM-B President ( 99-00 ), Jakarta TMC Division Governor 2001~2002 As District 51 Webmaster, I had the opportunity to work closely with an unassuming, spectacled Distinguished Toastmaster who has on many an occasions towered above the crowd. He led Leng Kee (98-99) to be ranked as world's #2 and President's Distinguished Club which earned him the award of Div S Toastmaster of the Year. Combined with the zeal with which he has executed his responsibilities, the year (98-99) brought him yet another award, one of the Districts top award - "Outstanding District 51 TM of the Year" In 1999-2000, he was the sole winner of District's Mega Super Star Award ( 2 years in a row). I understand this term he will be getting it 3 years in a row. As Div B Gov, DTM Patrick Oei is a shining example of a TM who has gone out of his way to guide potential Toastmasters to join clubs that would bring them maximum benefits in their work and home life. Basing on my personal evaluation of him, I have no hesitation to endorse that given the opportunity to serve the District as the LGM, he will take our District to heights with which District 51 has been associated in the past few years - Top District in the World.

He is always running around spending so much time promoting toastmasters. His energy, his zest, his conviction and his dedication are all pointed towards toastmasters. He has risen from the ranks of a President, Area Governor & Division Governor and now the prize- catch of LGM. He deserves to be nominated, he deserves to be elected and he deserves to rise to become District Governor in the future (if his energy does not wane by then).
