Dear Fellow Toastmasters,
It is with much excitement to share the line up of initiatives that the DPR team had created at the second half of term 2015-2016. It consists of an event to highlight awareness of Toastmasters to others and awards to deserving clubs which created efforts to publicise their respective clubs to the public.
1) TOASTMASTERS@ the NATIONAL LIBRARY
The DPR team invites all clubs to join us in an afternoon of promoting the benefits of Toastmasters to the public on 12 March 2016 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm dubbed as: Toastmasters @ the National Library. We will be giving them specially customised bookmarks that contains information about Toastmasters. It will also be an opportunity to promote your clubs. It will surely be an afternoon of camaraderie, fun and excitement as we share the benefits of the organisation to the public. Please refer to the flyer below for relevant details:
2) TOASTMASTERS AWARENESS AWARD
We are inviting
all clubs who have conducted or will
conduct publicity events for up to 30 April 2016 to attract more members to submit a photo of your events to the DPR team. Once authenticated, the club will be given a trophy as shown below at the Annual Conference 2016 Gala Dinner- Gardens by the
Bay. Please refer to the flyer for the complete details:
3) DIAMOND PRESENCE AWARD
The DPR team is cognizant of the increasing significance of the internet platform in the communication and publicity efforts of the club, thus, we will be giving an
award to recognize the best effort in the category. The selected Best Club Website/Social Media Platform will receive the trophy as shown in the flyer at the Annual
Conference 2016 Gala Dinner- Gardens by the Bay. Please refer to the flyer for the complete details:
Also, we will be distributing the specially customised bookmarks to all members of District 80.
