We strongly recommend each Division organises its own Appreciation Award Day/Night, so that Club Officers Training Program can be more focus for new term.
 

 

DISTINGUISHED CLUB PROGRAM

Clubs must either have 20 members or a net growth of at least 5 new members as of June 30.
Transfer members do not count toward this total until their membership has been paid and is current in their new club.

3. One Advanced Communicator Bronze, Silver or Gold award ACB ACS or ACG
4. One more  ACB ACS or ACG
5. One  CL ALB ALS or DTM
6. One more  CL ALB ALS or DTM

9. A minimum of 4 club officers trained during each of the 2 training periods*
10. On-time payment of membership dues accompanied by the names of 8 members (at least 3 of whom must be renewing members) for one period and on-time submission of one club officer list*

 - For having achieved five (5) of 10 goals

DISTINGUISHED AREA PROGRAM

1. Areas must have no net club loss.

2. Areas must submit the Area Director’s Club Visit Report (Item 1471) for 75 % of its club base for 1st-round visits by 30/11/15 and for 75% of its club base for 2nd-round visits by 31/5/16

1. Submit the Division and Area Directors Training Report to WHQ by 30/9/15 showing that 85% of division and area directors were trained.

2. Submit the District Success Plan to WHQ by 30/9/15.
