I first met Poh Kim Siong at the Toastmasters International Convention in San Antonio, Texas, USA, in August 2002. During the course of that convention and during the following year and again at the International Convention held in Atlanta, Georgia USA in August 2003

I had the opportunity to work with and evaluate his leadership credentials.  He has the strength of character, the will to succeed, the willingness to listen and the desire to serve which is so essential in an effective leader.  His friendly manner, which invites input, underscores his respect for the opinions and thoughts of others

An effective leader is one who strives to do even better that which he/she already does well. THAT is Poh Kim Siong.

I have known Kim Siong for many years, both as a good friend and as a committed Toastmaster.   I had the privilege of working closely with him when he was the District Treasurer 1999-2000 and have found him to be an efficient and effective worker.  Since that time, he had gone on to continue serving the District in various official capacities.

His commitment to Toastmasters is total and absolute.

Whenever I meet Kim Siong, I can’t help but be drawn into his sphere of enthusiasm, optimism and can do-ism!

He has the charm to carry you away with him to fulfill his ideas, plan and vision. His personality exudes honesty, dedication and leadership. And the greatest asset of all is the trust he instills in you that he will never let you down!

We are privileged that he is a Toastmaster!
