Division H & K 16th April 2005

April Message

April is a month for succession plans.  Many clubs are now trying to identify new ex-co members.  I have every reason to say that as an ex-co member is the most rewarding experience in Toastmasters journey.  One can look at Toastmasters at a higher level than just a member.  Hong Kong Divisions are organizing Club Officer Training for all existing and incoming ex-co members on Saturday, 25 June at Wang Gung Wu Lecture Theatre at the University of Hong Kong.  Four ex-co members attending the COT will enable a club to achieve one of the 10 DCP goals.  Mark your calendar / diary, do it now.

The Divisions Contests are now over.  I would like to heartily congratulate the following winners:

Please also mark on your diary that our fourth New Member Orientation will be held on May 28. All members (seasoned, new, and potential) are encouraged to participate. Details will be followed.

Toastmasters, friends, we are holding the key to true happiness and success.  Keep an optimistic mind and stay healthy.
