Focus of the month:

Review District Performance Report for the first six months period

Succession planning

  

More CTMs, ATMs, DTMs, CLs and ALs.

Build more clubs and recruit more members.

Continue to review the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions for next year.

Progress report on the District Conference and District Council Meeting to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on May 20,21,22  2005.

Continue Round Two club officers training  – to be completed by February 28, 2005

and the Officer training report to be submitted to TI World HQ by March 31, 2005. 

Follow up on December 2004 Club officers list not submitted to TI World HQ.

Table Topics Contests and International Speech Contests at club level commence.

Treasurer’s report July 1, 2004 – November 31, 2004 to be submitted to the District Governor by  January 15, 2005.

Treasurer’s report July 1, 2004 – December 31, 2004 to be ready for audit by January 21, 2005.

Area Governor to begin the second round club visit. The Area Governor is to visit each club in the area at least once by March 31, 2005. The Area Report of Club Visit Forms to be submitted to District Governor by April 30, 2005. The District Governor to submit the Area Report of Club Visit Forms to TI World HQ by May 31, 2005.

 

February 2005

Focus of the month:

Talk up Toastmasters and Succession planning

 

Talk up Toastmasters! Award is given by TI World HQ to clubs that add five new, dual, or reinstated members during the months of February and March 2005. 

 

More CTMs, ATMs, DTMs, CLs and ALs.

Build more clubs and recruit more members.

Continue to review the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions for next year.

Progress report on the District Conference and District Council Meeting to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on May 20,21,22  2005.

Follow up on late submission of April 2005 Semi-Annual dues

The Area Council Meeting at which the election for Area Governor is conducted must be held at least two weeks before the Annual General Meeting of the District Council on May 21, 2005.  Written notice must be given at least four weeks before the election.

 

More CTMs, ATMs, DTMs, CLs and ALs.

Build more clubs and recruit more members.

Continue to review the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions for next year.

District Secretary to collect Proxy Forms for TI World Conference in USA from club presidents.

Progress report on the District Conference and District Council Meeting to be held in Jakarta, Indonesia on May 20,21,22  2005.

District Public Relations Officer to submit for Top Five District Newsletter award.

Reminder - Nominations of candidates to district offices 2005/2006 to be sent to the District Governor – deadline April 1, 2005.

District Governor to appoint Nomination Committee by April1, 22005.  

Treasurer’s report July 1, 2004 – February 28, 2005 to be submitted to the District Governor by April 15, 2005.

Notice to the Annual District Council Meeting to be sent out by April 20, 2005.

District Nominating Committee Report by April 30, 2005.

Area Governors must send the Area Report of Club Visit Forms to the District Governor by April 30, 2005

Division Governors to submit (1) division reformation report, (2) alignment of clubs within the division report, (3) list of area governors and the area governors particulars and (4) division performance report to the District Governor by April 30, 2005.

 

May 2005

Beat the Clock Campaign 

Jakarta 2005 District conference and Succession planning.

The Beat the Clock award is given to clubs that add five new, dual, or reinstated members during the months of May and June 2005. 

 

TI World HQ sends Division Governors kits, Area Governors kits, Club Officer kits to the 2005/2006 to the Lieutenant Governor Education and Training.

 

Clubs to hold annual General Meeting and to elect the club executive committee 2005/2006. And the new club and club officers information must be submitted to TI World HQ by June 30, 2005.

 

More CTMs, ATMs, DTMs, CLs and ALs.

Build more clubs and recruit more members.

Continue to review the assignment of clubs to Areas and Divisions for next year.

Submit
(1) Registration for five new members to earn Beat the Clock award,
(2) registration for CTMs, ATMs, CL etc to earn DCP points and
(3) payment for overdue club membership dues to TI World HQ by June 30, 2005.

 

Transfer of all District records to the new administration by July 1, 2005.
