June 2004

Focus of the month:

Clubs to submit Club and Club Officers Information Form to TI World HQ by June 30, 2004.

 

Club and district officers to complete preparations for hand over to the new team.

 

District to prepare for club officers training, to commence training and to complete training by August 31, 2004 with not less than 4 officers trained per club and the Club Officers Training Report to be submitted to TI World HQ by September 30, 2004. 

 

District to prepare for Division Governors and Area Governors training, to commence training and to complete by August 31, 2004 with not less than 85% DVGs and AGs trained and the Report of Division and Area Governor Training be submitted to TI World HQ by September 30, 2004.

 

District to commence planning the Distinguished District Program, to set district goals, and to begin the planning process using the District High Performance Plan.

 

District to commence preparation of (1) List of appointed and elected District officers, (2) Signature card with list of District bank accounts, (3) Changes in club assignments to Divisions and Areas and (4) Calendar of District events for the year to be submitted to TI World HQ by July 15, 2004.

Focus of the month:

Membership recruitment, building new clubs and club officers and district officers training.

Distinguished District, Division, Area and Club program begins.

Division Council and Area Council meetings to plan for the term.

 

Area Governor to begin visiting clubs in the area. The Area Governor is to visit each club in the area at least once by September 30, 2004. The Area Report of Club Visit Forms to be submitted to District Governor by October 31, 2004. The District Governor to submit the Area Report of Club Visit Forms to TI World HQ by November 30, 2004.

 

Club extension program kicks off.

Evaluation Contests and Humorous Speech Contests at club level commence.

August 2004

Focus of the month:

Smedley Award and  Founders Award  

 

The Smedley Award is given by TI World HQ to clubs that add 5 new, dual, or reinstated members during the months of August and September 2004.  To focus at recruiting more members.

 

The Founders Award banner ribbon is given by TI World HQ to each club that sponsors a new club. To focus at chartering more clubs.

 

Top Five District Newsletters award is given by TI World HQ to the most outstanding newsletters published by districts.

 

More CTMs, ATMs, DTMs, CLs and ALs

Build more clubs and recruit more members.
