Dear Patron,
Toastmasters International District 80, covering Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Singapore, will be staging the 2008 Annual Convention at the Suntec Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre from May 23rd to 25th 2008. We expect more than 400 Delegates representing more than 200 clubs and 6,000 members in District 80 to attend this Annual Convention. This will be a high profile Convention as we will be electing our District Officers for the term 2008/2009.
We would like to invite you to sponsor this Convention in whatever way suitable as we can assure you wide exposure for your organization, services and products.
Besides staging the Convention at a popular and highly visible location, we will also be circulating a souvenir program / magazine to all clubs in District 80. There will also be extensive advertisement in Hong Kong, Macau, Thailand and Singapore from now until the Convention is over.
