Dear All,

From the Feedback Forms submitted, I would like to thank all of you for the effort, time and commitment put into yesterday's Division 'D' Club Officers' Training.

The COT was generally acknowledged as 'Educational', 'Useful', 'Rewarding' and 'An Eye Opener'.  Almost everyone who filled in the feedback form had compliments for the organization, training and refreshments.  The only glaring grouse recorded was the inconvenience of getting to the COT and the seating arrangements for the participants.  Both these complaints could not have been avoided because NSRCC offered us the location, free of charge, to demonstrate to their members what Toastmasters is all about with the intention of forming a club there.  The room was set up as such that the stage could not be relocated and originally we were suppose to have the 'Boardroom style table' on it but as you saw, the stage was too narrow and that would have given us problems screening the video.  However, on hindsight, the seating could have been arranged at an angle facing the stage.

The attendance was very encouraging even though we gave our Club Officers the choice of attending ours or Division B's COT.  I know of at least 4 clubs who attended the COT at Division B and I've received feedback from two of them about it.
The feedback Forms are useful for us to learn from our mistakes but I can assure you that from what we received at the First and now the Second COT, our Club Members are generally pleased and appreciative of our efforts in training them and providing them with the assistance in developing their clubs.

For this reason, I owe it to all of you, who have in one way or another, supported our efforts in making our members matter and realizing what is required to provide the kind of service expected of them.

I thank you all for making my job so much easier.

Best Regards,
