Currently an Associate Professor in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, where she teaches Professional Communication. Dr Khong is very much sought after as a Language and Project Evaluator in Singapore.
She is the Charter President for Nanyang Brasstacks TMC, and a member of Orchard and Pan ExcellenceTMCs. She was the 2002-03 Area Z4 Governor, and now serves as Assistant Division B Governor (Education & Training). Dr Khong has edited & co-authored several books on language and communication, including Essential Communication Skills for Engineers (Prentice Hall: 2001). She trains the university's high-achieving debating teams, and has adjudicated at major Intervarsity Debating Championships all over the world.
