Richard Sng, a much sought-after Chief Judge at Speech Contests, has been invited 5 TIMES to be a Contest Judge at the District Conventions in Bangkok, Hong Kong, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching and Johore Bahru.

 

He has been himself competing regularly at International Speech, Humorous Speech, Evaluation and Table Topics Contests and has also been a contestant at the District level.
